We understand this work requires privacy — from employers, family, or anyone else. Discretion is built into how we operate, not an afterthought.

Stage Name — Always

You perform, communicate with studios, and appear in all production materials under a stage name of your choosing. Your legal name never leaves our internal records.

Separate Contact Details

We recommend — and can help set up — a work-only email address. All agency communication goes there, nothing to your personal inbox.

Document Security

Your ID and verification documents are stored with restricted access, used solely for legal compliance, and never shared outside our internal process.

Discreet Payments

Payments are processed via direct deposit, wire, or alternative methods. Statement descriptions can be set to a neutral business name on request.

From application to first booking.

We move quickly and keep you informed at every stage. Most talent go from application to active roster in under two weeks.

Submit Your Application

Basic details, work type, and availability. No photos required at this stage. We review every submission personally and respond within 48 hours.

Identity Verification

A legal requirement for all production work — government-issued ID and a live selfie. Processed securely within 24 hours. Your documents are handled internally only.

STD Testing

Standard across the industry. A blood and swab panel at a clinic near you. We can point you to testing locations if needed. Results typically return in 2–5 days.

Contract & Offer Letter

A clear, plain-English contract outlining your rate structure, rights, and how the agency relationship works. No surprises. You sign only when you're comfortable.

Agent Introduction

Your dedicated agent reaches out, collects your preferences and limits, and starts matching you to projects. You'll hear about your first opportunities within days.

First Booking

Full shoot details in advance — date, location, scene type, crew, and co-performers. You confirm when you're ready. Travel is covered. You show up and work.

Compensation

Rates vary by project type, studio, and experience. These are the realistic ranges our talent earns — not inflated promises.

$500–$900

Solo Photo Shoot

Half-day or full-day stills production. Travel covered separately.

$800–$1,500

Solo Video Scene

Per-scene rate. Most shoots are completed in a single day.

$1,200–$2,500

Duo / Group Scene

Rates scale with scene type and studio. Negotiated per project.

$1,500–$4,000

Premium Production

High-end studio placements. Reserved for experienced talent on the roster.
